    awesome vid! =^-^= i've put dulse in my smoothies before too. if you don't put too much it doesn't throw the taste =D

    Yes, it's fermented. It's made a lot like kombucha, with a "mother" that floats on top. I think it needs to be unfiltered and "raw" for it to be effective for health. I used Heinz brand AVC for a while, but didn't see any effects.

    I am still on a mission to find seaweed that does not tast lke a fish.
    With sprouts I mixed a bunch of different seeds together and that is fantastic for my dinner salads.
    Like the grassy sprouts more than bean sprouts.
    Love being outside especially in the country with fresh air.
    Pretty soon I will be able to move my kitchen back outside.

    How much dulse or kelp powder would you need to eat in order to make a difference in regards to getting the nutrients/minerals?

    I love having videos like this as a reference!
    Glad you mentioned omega 3's too. I actually feel my brain working better right away when I have hemp seeds/oil. And they're especially important for young people, because the brain is developing up until age 25. And for older people…i've gotten my grandma who refuses to take any fish or flax supplements into putting hemp seeds in her oatmeal haha.

    This is very good advise… Just make sure the flaxseed is ground….Out bodies can't digest flaxseed otherwise…. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    OH MY GOSH! I Love sauerkraut and I eat it sometimes twice a day; and everyone has been telling me that my skin is "so soft" and they always ask why. Now I know. lol!

    Is there any kind of salad dressing you would recommend as far as the healthiest. I kinda want to stay away from the vinigers b/c they're so acidic.

    You talk about variety, and yet none of foods you recommend for getting omega-3 are good sources of DHA or EPA, which are very essential for brain function. ALA converts very poorly to DHA.

    Great advice, great video! I'm so glad that you mentioned the kelp!!! I have hypothyroidism that I have to medicine for and am WAY overweight because of it and mentioning the kelp that will help low thyroids made me really excited, I will try that along with my medication. 🙂 Can the Omega 3 foods help with better memory and less brain fog? If so, how long does it take to start noticing the difference? Thanks for this video!! Very helpful!
