Healthy diet for a healthy planet

What we eat has a huge impact on the world around us. For instance nearly one fifth of all greenhouse gas emissions come from agriculture. As the world becomes richer we consume more calories and protein and this means more land required to raise livestock and more seafood that is being pulled from the oceans. The food we eat is part of a complex web of life to which we all belong. Read more: http://wwf.panda.org/lpr

I think by "Asian" they mean more like "Indian" or something. I am now in Southern China and they have meat in nearly EVERYTHING here. In Europe I eat almost like a vegetarian but I found it impossible to do here.

i really like the messages passed with your videos but i really think you should use actual footage instead of still pictures. i believe it would be more attractive to people, this way most people get bored after 10 secs.
    i hope i made myself understand 🙂

I'm a vegetarian and have been since I was 15. I did it for environmental reasons as well as personal ones- once I realized what putting those corpses into my mouth was causing, it was so easy to stop. I don't miss out on anything, the variety of food is amazing (and delicious). I've been cutting down on milk etc. and maybe I'll go vegan. I'm not saving the world, but I'm happy with what I'm doing.
    Love your videos 🙂

I'm also vegetarian and I try not to support huge companies such as Nestlé, Coca Cola, Unilever etc. The first step I think is to persuade the people to consume local, biological products. However, it's difficult because we are used to the taste of well-known products and they are cheap. Companies can spend a lot of money on advertising and we all buy the things without thinking of the environment.
It's a vicious circle and I guess the only way to break it is that people become aware of that.

@patrickjaden Thank you. I'm sorry but a "diet" is not the option…to save the animals, and the planet EVERYONE needs to go Vegan. End of story. I've been Vegan now for 3 years and counting. I am doing just fine. I don't have urges for meat or any animal product. It is NOT hard at all it is incredibly simple. Being Vegan is not a diet, its a lifestyle.

@patrickjaden — I am also vegan, but the manmade Climate Change / Climate Catastrophe is a lie. The climate doesn't change because if Co2. You can check for yourself who is behind all the Climate histeria. Its the big Coil compnies themselves. Sounds redicolous? Its true!

I am all in for environmental protection, but its a huge hoax that we can chance the climate.

I can give you dozens of documentaries, books, articles, lectures etc. about it!

And WWF is a cruel organisation!! See below

    But for the RIGHT reasons.

If you are interested to know why, please let me know.
