You can snack at least 5-6 times a day. The video goes on to describe how you go about it. You can start off by choosing three days in a week where you will eat only those vegetables and fruits having traffic light colours-red, yellow and green. The rest of the 4 days of the week you can eat a variety of different foods. Thus, three days a week are vegetarian and unloading. In addition the traffic light days provide us with vitamins and fibres; which is usually lacking in the diet of office goers.
