    Is there any way UC can please delete spam comments trying to sell unaffiliated products? It would be great. I forward your videos to my grand parents and older relatives, but I don't want them misled or confused by third party comments. Thank you

    I already try to follow okinawa diet (lots of vegetables) and vegan diet (micronutrients food, no refined foods like sugar, oil, salt, no processed foods). Doing exercise after every meal and some weight training with cheap door frame pull up bar to help lower blood sugar. Planning on doing more strenuous exercise that can use up glycogen reserve storage in liver/muscles. I learned a lot of new health tips for old people like me.

    I agree with more leaves fewer seeds. For more micronutrients, my priority food are sprout, green leaf, seaweed, herb, mushroom. For more micronutrients, seeds/nuts, fermented plant food. For more protein, legumes. Excess protein is bad for health and we can thrive on very little protein like the african countries. For omega 3 fat, fish oil, algae oil, flax/chia powder, purslane. For more carb, fruit vegetable, fruit, roots, grain. If I eat fruit, I make sure I exercise to avoid triglycerides.

    Daily, I go over list of foods with vit a to zinc to be sure I get my micronutrients from real food (unrefined, unprocessed, containing fiber/water) and not rely on vitamin tablets which are missing thousands of micronutrients. I keep animal foods like meat, dairy, egg, seafood to a minimum or zero bec these are bad for health. I take vit b12 supplement to get my vit b12. For vit d, sunlight or brands of white mushrooms with vit d listed on the nutrition label. I like to eat natto for vit k2.

    Why not STOP AGING??

    Since we can ONLY live "now", oppose to yesterday or tomorrow, why not go into trance every morning and also put our DNA into a neutralized state!!

    EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE, AND THERE ARE NO ACCIDENTS, ONLY WEALTHY PEOPLE ON TOP OF HUMAN SOCIETY & SECRET SOCIETIES PULLING STRINGS OF HOW LIFE SHOULD EVOLVE ACCORDING TO THEY THEMSELVES!!

    Go to Richard E Ward on Facebook and check out "The Vertical Diet". It is the End of Obesity. Turns out the answer was given to us long ago by Pavlov and Margret Mead. "For every Conditioned Response there is a Behavior Modification".

    great video~TY 4 psting! This is So true and right on. I through genetics, eating little, being active but no exercise regime, if I want to eat an entire cake once a year I will not deprive myself. I have a nice life and am blessed with good health, loving family and friends, and a great husband, etc. Every time I tell people I'm 39 EVERY one of them says no way you're close to 39 or ask to prove it by leting them see my DL! Guess I'm lucky but I take nothing for granted. I appreciate the video.

    Sorry, but far too many cliches. "Mediterranean diet" Crete and Sardinia are Now among the most obese with rampant CVD! The source of the Med diet focus was sourced only immediately after WW2! Lawrence Rudel has done LOTS of extended studies of the so-called Med Diet where health is attributed to the Vegies and fruit, NOT Olive oil, which contributes to endothelial inflammation and the monounsaturated fat contributes to endothelial inflammation and the development of CVD at EXACTLY THE SAME RATE as Sat fats. The veggies offset the damage done by the oil!!!
    Again, far too many generalizations and OLD anecdotal evidence.
    For current information, check out Caldwell Essesltyn, T. Colin Campbell, John McDougall and the research summaries (that this speaker obviously missed) at Nutritionfacts.org.

    Relax! — I can make everybody Absolutely Healthy and Immortal right away — Immortality already is not a problem at all — We humans can stop aging (by wiping out all diseases) and live forever (like our Creators from the planet of Nibiru — The Anunnaki) — I got the key to our Biological Immortality — By staying absolutely healthy all the time — By doing my discovery (just an exercise for a minute a day) — My WVCD — The Weapon of Virus and Cancer Destruction, that cures and prevents any diseases, known on Earth for millions of years, even radiation disease — I will describe my WVCD to everyone, who sends me a check for one million bucks — Everybody will stay absolutely healthy all the time, living their Endless Lives, for Infinite Health = Immortality.

    Amazing presentation. I am a researcher and wanted to know more about Dr. Hughes' work. It was sad to find she passed away in June 2015 from cancer. As I thought she looked too young to retire, I could imagine that she was already diagnosed with cancer at the time of this presentation. Knowing this made her passionate sharing of information leading to healthy living priceless. RIP Ellen.

    Have a look at http://www.bluezones.com   An organic whole food plant based diet with each home having an edible wild crafted garden through out the year . Walking moving your body outside in nature with out the need of a gym member ship . No need for synthetic vitamins and only organic loose leaf herbs of super foods are ingested only . Sun light is not avoided and clean water from the sky rain or spring water is taken in .

    The speaker needs to offer valid dada to save lives. It's the Standard American Diet, scientist call it 'SAD' it's all fat. All these ridiculous studies, it's the food. The Japanese prove this with their rice, veggies, a little bit of fish. When they move to the USA, THEY DIE FROM THE SAME DISEASE. You are to complicated. It's the food.
