A new ODI paper — the first study of its kind on emerging economies — reveals that healthy food is getting more expensive, while many processed foods are becoming cheaper.

Lead researcher Steve Wiggins explains how this is leading to higher obesity levels across the developing world, and the steps one country is taking to reverse this trend.
