Suggestion — the cámara moves to much ! No chance to view images and analyze them. I would like to see Doctor if he needs to demo some kind of movement.

Hey Dr. B! Thanks for all that you show via your utube video collection. These are a great source of knowledge and provides food to question why my md does what he does. I know that it has been several years since this video was posted, but is it possible to get a copy of the sheets you address with the stretching examples, smoothie recipes, or the side with the arrows on it?

I never did fast exercises. It's all about your goal. What counts is TUT (Time Under Tension). I do (try to) fast and dynamic concentric phase and slow eccentric phase. Sometimes I also do isometric exercises. Also doing less work but often (like e dry 2 hours) is better than once but intensive. That is the best way to train your pull ups if You can't do them. Jump and grab a pole and lower down slowly. Do it often during the day (every visit from living room to other place for example). You will see amazing results.

Mike Mentzer promoted this style of training ,..back in the 70s _ 80's..I think Its called high intensity / or heavy duty ..1 set to failure very slow controlled movement, lowering of the weight was a critical part….he was called crazy by many, …not so crazy after all…for proper anatomicaly correct exercise technique  ..Jeff Cavalier Athlean X

This guy should check his BMR & Body Mass Index. I am positive he will find that he is obese. Not very healthy looking. He is lecturing on exercise. Ironic.

This is great stuff I learn a lot from these videos. Now to put it to work. I am going to get a ball chair and am going to use that re-bounder I have in my basement.from 3 months ago.
Back in the 80s, I experimented with slow movement weight lifting and got laughed out of the weight room. For the last 20 years I have done and taught Yoga, but 10 years ago I began slowing my movement down to slow and controlled Power Yoga. I noticed not only did my core strength improve, but I feel much stronger because my core feels more connected to the rest of my body. I also use an inversion table which helps me keep my spine stretched out and recently added a neck pillow that pumps up to stretch my neck. I have found if I keep my muscles lengthened, the bones stay healthier and in place.

That's Hung gar Shaolin Temple training, from Southern China I was lucky to be taught by a Grandmaster. We used to hold bricks out for 3 minutes, in different positions ,then after a while. Like a few years your work out can be as long as your mind wants too. You develop super human power!

I'm an RN in a large public hospital. Flu shots are annual mandatory requirements to avoid disciplinary action to include termination. For this flu season what do you recommend I bulk up on to help rapidly detox from this chemical insult? Thanks so much.
